As of now we have a working port of GCam for Galaxy A52 available to download. The compatible Google Camera port(s) are brought to you by Arnova8G2, Parrot043 and Urnyx05.

GCam 8.1 is the latest version among other compatible ports. Below are the available version(s) of GCam for Galaxy A52

  • GCam 8.3 (Latest Version)
  • GCam 8.2
  • GCam 8.1
  • GCam 7.4

The GCam 8.2 is the latest version which has multi mode stabilization, Cinematic pan, seamless zoom, portrait night sight feature etc. But in the initial versions, all of the features might not be available or might not be working at all.

Including the legacy features found on the older GCam versions are: Night Sight, Astrophotography, HDR+, portrait mode etc.

How to Install Google Camera?

  1. Download any compatible GCam APK file for Galaxy A52 from the above download link(s).
  2. To install apps from a third party app other than Play Store you need to enable app install from Unknown Sources on your Android device.
    For Android 10 version, enable Install Unknown Apps from the app from which you are going to install the APK file.For example: if you have downloaded the Google Camera apk file on Google chrome or firefox browser on your phone. Or you have downloaded and copied the apk file to the file browser and you want to install it from there.

    Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Open the app (Chrome, Firefox or file manager app etc) > Install unknown apps and enable Allow from this source

  3. Once enabled, click on the downloaded app to install.
  4. Once installed you can clear the app data and open the app and enjoy the feature packed Google Camera APK on Galaxy A52.

  1. I have downloaded Gcam 8.3 MGC and i cannot see how to load the .xml – whereas you normally double press blank space in ‘more’ and can import xml I cannot seem to in this version any ideas please?

  2. Please give us a mod that we can use the slow motion or disable the slow motion tab in Galaxy A52 4G Processor Snapdragon 732G.

  3. Today I have tried both 8.1 versions on my A52 4G – from Arnova8G2 and Urnyx05.

    Arnova’s version just stays on black screen – can’t fully launch, while Urnyx’s version does launch but it crashes as soon as you grant all permissions.

    So, none of the submited 8.1 ports work just yet. I hope that the ports will be updated and tested, as the phone is still new too.

    • Can you try the latest GCam 8.2 that I have updated and let me know if it works?
      By the way what is the Android version on your phone?

      • Hi, I’ve tried the 8.2 version and so far the only problem I’ve detected was when I set video to record at 4k the app shuts down and I have to clean app data to open again in video mode without crashing this time only in 1080p.

        But yes it is still far from a 100% working build.
